Gospel Chanteurs Photos

Notes

Various photos of The Gospel Chanteurs. The Gospel Chanteurs were formed around 1972 when Della Porter, Sylvia Davis, Gail Bailey, Dorothy Fitzgerald, and Geneva Dunlap left The Traveling Notes to form their own group. While the group never made a studio recording, they toured widely. The group performed together for three years and disbanded when Rev. Porter answered her call to ministry.
